Hi again.
Definitely focus on GMAT. A strong score can help to make up for a low GPA. Can't erase it, but it can certainly help.
As far as the activities you updated, that's great you have several. Keep in mind that schools care most about the ones where you've taken on lead roles (like the student representative or teacher). Those will be much more impressive than activities you just participate in (like sports teams). And things like making donations are really not even worth mentioning.
