Should I change job to a higher-profile hi-ttech company

I am an engineer in high-tech, and currently work for a reasonably sized company (but not that someone outside of core comp sci/engineering would know) in R&D. I have applied to top MBA programs this year and learned through the app process that the name of the company one works for matters in the admin decisions (I did not care earlier about it - i was more concerned with real learning in comp sci R&D).
I have a job offer from a S&P Technology 1000 company, but again it is not Intel. I am confident of getting offer from the likes of Intel if I go looking.
My question is: Should I be switching job to a well-known company like, intel, apple, to increase my admission prospects at top-5 MBA programs. I have already applied for R2 to some.
