I have finished all OG questions. I got 47Q and 40V in my last test. Should I continue with Quant and Verbal Review or Advanced question at this stage? Should I just look at medium and hard questions for Verbal and Quant review or just do them as usual?

I think you want to pursue your weaknesses. He wants to set goals for different types of areas and questions depending on your score aspirations and time available and willingness to invest effort.
Otherwise, you can just do questions for eternity almost. And while you can master easy and medium topics by doing questions, there’s a point when you are going to find it harder and harder to improve by just doing questions because the GMAT will always throw out the question at you that you’ve never seen before. But I’m sure you’re ready know how that works.
So I would say work on topics and do variety of questions. Have some easy ones, some medium and some hard.
PS. You may be surprised but on the GMAT, I want to people report not facing very hard questions but something along the lines of medium and it’s more about balancing your time.
