I scored 700 on the online GMAT Q50V34 IR8 AWA5
and 770 on the second (offline) Q50V44 IR8 AWA 4
Should I report both the scores unofficially?

You only need to report one. Since there's virtually no benefit to submitting the first score - other than the marginally better IR component- just share the second (and very impressive) score!
Of course, if the AdCom asks for all scores you must share them. That being said, it won't matter as a 700 is still solid and they will only count the higher of the two.

in the form you need can mention only 1 score ; ideally the best of the score amongst all attempts is considered to be mentioned in the form...
