Hi everyone, I'm an Indian GMAT aspirant. I've completed school and college (4 years of engineering) in India. My medium of instruction was English in school and in college. Do I need to even give english tests such as TOEFL for an MBA in countries such USA ?
Most US schools waive English test requirement if your medium of instruction was English during college. You can visit website of your target schools and verify the requirement. Some schools do require it but lot of them have waiver option.

UNC, Kelley, Foster, Duke, Tepper, Olin to name a few. I would say most of the schools offer waiver. Just lookup admission requirements on website you'll find out.

When I checked the admission requirement, nothing about English test scores were mentioned. So any idea about it ?
