Hi
Vishal1297 ..
Welcome to Gmatclub. You need minimum 2 years of experience to apply for MBA abroad and no experience for MiM programs. As your experience is not enough for MBA, you should got for MiM. This was the general answer of your query.
Now, what should you do -
1. Ask yourself why you want to do MiM / MBA?
2. What are your goals - short and long term?
3. What is your profile now? Are you happy with it?
4. Research and list down the pros and cons for both and decide which one is better for you
Few suggestions:
1. I am sure you can get 700+ in GMAT but the question is by when? Did you ever give the mock? If not, then do so by going to
https://www.mba.com2. For top MiM and MBA programs, you need 740 above. It's not a mandatory requirement but your competition will be with the people with such scores.
3. 2-3 years in India should be not a waiting time. It should be the time where you pick a right direction, make your profile stronger, and prepare to give best. In these years, you need to learn and achieve.
I hope it helps. If you need further discussion, feel free to reply here.

Hey,
Currently I have 10 months of experience and 3.5 GPA in college. I haven't given GMAT but can get 700+ in it. I am confused that should i wait for 2 or 3 years here in India and get a work experience and go for MBA or should I apply for MIM program in top colleges.
Please help me out as this confusion is killing me and would appreciate any recommendations.
