Very true Farhan, but if you look at it this way

Will you consider a student with 700 GMAT and 5 years we, or a student with 570 GMAT with 5 years of we and is still employed.

Definitely the 700 one but try and work out a schedule before you plan to quit and see if its working. My job usually involves opening retail stores for which I need to travel 10 days in a month. I thought i wasnt able to justice so i invested in an iphone app from gmat club, so whenever i am travelling i study on the run. There are constraints in all jobs, am sure that yours might be tougher than mine since you are thinking of quitting but before you take that step please ensure you have done everything possible to overcome those constraints and then you need to take the hard decision. After all a major chunk of your management studies will also go under the topic of multi-tasking :-D . Good luck with the decision and wish you atb for ur studies.

I know Farhan that at end of the day it comes to dedication and how much you really want something. No my Job is not so tough but I still work 6 days spending 10hrs daily. Had I been little decent in Maths then I wouldn't have thought of quitting. I work very closely with MD of our company and I have requested for a personal meeting with him. Hope he accepts and we can chalk out something. Maybe half day for a month or so.
