Hello all,
I'm really excited to be part of the GMAT Club. As a part of my career aspirations, I started preparing for GMAT and gave my first mock after taking live sessions from the GMAT Prep company. But still, I got 450.
Some are suggesting me to Leave Job and prepare and some are suggesting not to leave Job. I'm confused will you please guide me with your valuable input?
Apart from that what are the best resources/ Prep. company for Preparing GMAT for an average student like me. I also need to build solid foundations on the best-suggested resources for that. Will you please suggest the same?

Hi. Typically address your question, GMAT is pretty challenging and can be a big-time drain. However, I would not recommend quitting your job. Your professional accomplishments and your work performance are a meaningful component of the business school application.
Also a gap on the résumé never looks good. This creates a challenge for your recommendations, etc.
I would recommend not quitting your job unless that is the only option… perhaps you can ask for a leave or take a vacation. You may realize the improvement is the same as with a job 😬
