Should I report my 2nd GMAT score?

Hello, all. I am on the waitlist at Fuqua and Kenan-Flagler, and currently waiting to hear a decision from McCombs. My first GMAT score was 640. I recently re-took the test in an effort to improve my score (and increase my chances of being accepted off the waitlist), and only jumped 10 points to a 650.
On the first take, I scored better on verbal, so the second time around I was trying to do better on the quantitative section. However, I actually did even better on the verbal section on the 2nd test, and scored lower on the quant section (a frustrating experience). It's important for me to demonstrate quantitative ability because I come from a non-profit community development background, with minimal hands-on experience with finance and other quantitative tasks.
I chose not to automatically report my score, so now I have to decide what to do.
What do you think? Should I report the new score to the three schools above, or should I just pretend it never happened and not report it?
Arguments For:
-Taking the test again shows initiative and a sincere desire to attend b-school
-An improvement on the GMAT, even a small one, is still an improvement
Arguments Against:
-Increase of 10 points is not very impressive
-Reporting the new score may be counter-productive...with the original score, the admission committees may have thought it was an aberration (had a bad day at the test center), but now, with only a 10-pt. improvement, they will think the 640-650 range is a true barometer of my ability - something I don't think is true
I would appreciate any feedback, suggestions, advice, etc. I've also set up a poll for quick voting on this decision.
