I got a 745 on the GMAT Focus (89V, 88Q, 84DI) and am obviously super happy with that score. However, my dream school is GSB and data on their GMAT Focus averages is pretty nonexistent.
I only studied for about 3 weeks and focused mostly on Verbal. Do y'all think it's worth retaking? 88Q is in the 95th percentile and I feel like I can get that up to 90Q if I take again. Or should I just ditch GMAT and focus on my applications (I'm an ORM).
Other context is that I took the exam online which added some stress. So, I could go take it in person whenever I want without a cool down period. I also scored 775, 755, 735, 755 on Official Exams 1-4 respectively.

Hi mbaapplicant109,
That's an amazing score, and I don't think you need to take the GMAT again. That said, there's no downside (except some time and money) to retaking the test, so go for it if that's what you want.
If by "cool down period" you mean the mandatory 16-day minimum gap between attempts, that gap is enforced across both online and test-centre attempts.

Well done for 745. The score itself has a limited role to play: to get you into a consideration set. 745 will do that; so will an improved score. Depending on which application round you are planning to target, your priorities may have to be different. The score is just one slice of the pizza. How sorted are you on the rest of the slides will also influence whether your dream will come true or not.
