I do get a little bit of test anxiety, but it's not to the point where I'm sweating and worrying throughout the whole time, but I do think about timing and what the final score is going to be. Would this be considered test anxiety? Any suggestions on how to relax and not think about other things than the test?

Retake it. I say use the GMAT club tests. I invested my $79 in them and I improved from a 550 to 640 to 660.
