If so, why not give the GMAT one more try? The fact that you are surprised by your results suggests you underperformed for some reason. You clearly have a higher ceiling and your highest score is what matters.
That being said, I don't think you need to retake the exam. You stand a chance as is but why not lift the floor while you have time? Is there a reason you are hesitant? You have now banked a solid 710, so you're effectively playing with house money.
