I received a conditional offer pending GMAT and recently took the exam but received an unsatisfactory score. The school was informed of my test date so I contacted them to inform them that I did indeed take it, but will be retaking the exam However, in response, they kindly requested if I would share my results and submit it for review. The thing is, my score is bad...really bad.

Question: Should I share it? Would it hurt me in anyway even if I will be retaking it soon?

Yes. You need to share your score with them! If you can retake it before they decide on your application, then do that as well. You do need to be upfront about your scores though, for better or worse!

Well I'm not sure you have much of a choice here since they requested it you have to send. I would send over the requested information and highlight that you are planning on taking again shortly and will provide the updated score as well. Now the important part is to make sure you really identify the reasons for your poor performance and make sure you improve in subsequent attempts.
