There are a few factors to consider:
1. Where does your GRE score lie in the range for the schools you're targeting
2. What schools are you targeting M7, T10 etc?
3. What's your work experience profile and leadership experience / exposure?
4. Are you part of an overrepresented category like Indian Male Engineers?
5. How good are you at crafting a story around your career progression and aspirations and mapping those to the target programs and what their special strengths and opportunities are?

Probably a good idea to speak to few consultants for a free assessment and then at least you'll have a better sense of the value they'll bring relative to the cost.
