I get why you might be hesitant about applying in Round 3 at ISB, as it's often perceived as more competitive. But honestly, if your GMAT score is around the average or a bit higher, and you feel confident about the strength of your application, I'd say go for it. There's always a mix of profiles that succeed in Round 3, and yours could be one of them. Good luck!

Round 3 isn't so much a mystery.
Round 3 has admits. What changes in round 3 is that the school may have given out atleast 60% - 70% of the admits, from the pool planned for the complete cycle, so the number of seats available would be limited, however there is no exact number known to anyone unless the school declares it.
It is also a fact that round three has admits and you should apply if you believe you are ready with a strong profile. Do the criteria for defining a strong profile change in round 3? probably not!
So, go ahead and apply. The process is equally competitive in every round.
