Agree - C is the answer.

X=Raining
Y= Side walks and street being wet.

The conditions are:
If X, then Y --> is true.
If not Y, then not X--> is true.

Please comment on what I have stated above.

B is the answer,


A---streets and side walks are wet, they might be wet for some other reason, like over flow of a tank,

The logic is A implies B but B does not imply A

so B is the answer

I made a mistake..B is right.

X=Raining
Y= Side walks and street being wet.
