I wear prescription eyeglasses to read on the computer. While going over the GMAT rules, there's lots of stuff about things that you can't bring or will be kicked out. To anyone who has taken the GMAT, is it ok to wear eyeglasses during the exam? or will I have to wear contacts?

Wear whatever that makes you to be comfortable during that journey. There is no restriction on wearing eye glasses .
