We know the combined rate is: 1/4 + 1/5 + 1/6 = 37/60
=> This is the milk malked in a minute by all three combinely. Now you can find out for 2 minutes by multiplying it with 2.

If the question is how many minutes it takes to complete the work then it will be inverse of the above. Time to complete is 60/37.
