C, D, E are out because of S/V agreement it must be 'has'.
B is out because of 'is' at the end, it hould be 'are'.

B is out because it contains 'is'.It has to be 'are' for multiple things to be determined.
has been vs have been -> need 'has' as period is singular. C and D are out.
need 'are' at the end -> A is the best choice. B and E uses 'is' at the end
