I was curious about the Singapore Business School and its MBA Accreditation Bodies. What is your opinion on the matter?
I am analyzing my thoughts in detail...
The Singapore Business School (SBS)
claims to be offering an extremely cheap MBA program at 490$ , questionably without academic/professional prerequisites, that can even be completed in 4 months time (!).
Its accreditations only exist as pages on LinkedIn, without e-mails/contact details or websites. A Google-search on each one of them results only to their LinkedIn pages and their relationship with SBS & no official info is available online. The LinkedIn pages of the controversial accreditation bodies can be found under the corresponding names:
"ESMBA - European Society of MBAs"
"AABE - American Association of Business Education"
"ABECB - Asian Business Education Certification Body"
"IABS - International Association of Business Education"
"BESA - Business Education Society in Asia"
Thank you very much for your time. Please consider this issue and give me your insights.
Respectfully,
