Hi idf463,

As long as you are 100 percent certain that your desired schools will not care that you essentially will not receive an IR or AWA score, then yes, as has been said you can click through each section. You do not have to wait until the timer runs out.

Hi idf463,

With the section-order option, you can choose to have the IR and Essay sections at the end of your Exam (so that you can focus on the Quant and Verbal sections earlier- when you have more energy) - and those two Scores are independent of the overall Score out of 800. The idea that you would try to 'skip past' the IR and Essay sections is potentially problematic though. Are you absolutely CERTAIN that the Schools you plan to apply to don't care AT ALL about those two Scores? While most Schools have publicly stated that they do not use the IR Score as part of the application process, many Programs expect that applicants should be able to score at least a 4.0 (out of 6.0) on the Essay. That's actually a fairly easy task, but if you score less than that (or score a 0), then that might paint you in a negative light - and that seems like a big risk to take for a couple of sections that won't actually be that difficult to work through.
