What can you do for people that don't file for 10 years...I mean, I don't need to know for personal information or anything...nothing like that at all...

But here's the scoop:
Assuming you are owed refunds: you have 3 years to claim your refunds. In other words, your last chance to file and claim that 2003 refund is this Tuesday. Farther back, you forfeit your refund, but it can be worthwhile to file just to be on the up-and-up.
If you owe money: You have a million years to file and pay them. And you will pay three kinds of penalties, in addition to what you owe: failure to file, failure to pay, and interest on the balance due. These penalties are based on the outstanding balance and do capitalize, so can be quite awful.
If you owe a whole freakin' lot, it might be worth your while to pursue an offer-in-compromise.
