I was only interested in going to Chicago downtown to take pictures of Bears' signs illuminated on the buildings and the Bears helmets on the Art Institute lions. But didn't have the courage to get out in the cold :)

Will look for the superbowl commercials on Youtube tomorrow!
Anyway, looks like I will see a lot of depressed faces at my office tomorrow....

Check this out. I know nothing of the game, so I was wondering, is he a great player, average, "bottom 10%"?

He's not a star, but he is a starter on the defense. I'd say he's a solid player, about average.

I was wondering why it had gotten so quiet around here. Until I noticed the Super Bowl updates at Yahoo! and elsewhere.

Cheers. L.

Super Bowl? What's that? A nickname for a cereal affiliated B-School?

I do. I can obviously name the Bears, cause its impossible to live in Chicago and not know that, but I actually didn't know the name of the other team until this thread - I assume its the Colts. I still don't know who won, and I can't tell you where the Colts are from.

I know its hard to believe that someone can be so clueless about sports, but I truly am. My parents never ever ever watched sports - unless it was soccer - and even then, only once in a while. My exposure to american sports is limited to being at a friends house while the game is on and watching him scream at the TV, or sit on the phone for 2 hours despite having guests talking to someone about his "picks".

Well, U.S. native or not, that is pretty crazy.

By the way, you guys need to branch out - American sports can be very interesting.
