Hi
abhimehta013 , you have not mentioned the nature of your job at the MNCs where you worked. If you are able to differentiate yourself through an unconventional job description at these MNCs, supplemented by strong academic inclination, stellar ECs and diversity initiatives, you would stand a decent chance at top B Schools in the US with a 710+ GMAT score. A strong approach for your B School application would be to demonstrate in your narrative, how you evolved from an individual contributor to a team leader in the last 6.5 years. Show that you motivated your team members to expedite projects, resolved conflicts , influenced senior management to make the right decisions and created value for your team and the company. Thoroughly tailor your short term and long term goals to the specialization of your target school in the US to convince the admissions committee of your conscientious planning.
If you wish to further discuss how to improve your chances at top Global schools you can reach out to me for professional coaching.
Best wishes

Hi,
I wanted a third person perspective so posting this query.
I will be having around overall experience of 6.5 years in companies like Accenture, IBM, and a mid level MNC, by the time I start my mba. My undergrad score is 78.6%. If I am able to score a 710, will I have a chance to be admitted in top B schools in US?
