I am located in USA. If you may solve my problem

here is my problem: in total I have 10 numbers. In which it comes in a set of four numbers. so input is 4 numbers, I need the output should be 4 numbers. for example 9128, on the left side, I transfer 6 times two numbers from left side to right side is 034567(remainder) so I transfer result is 91,034567, I transfer 92,034567 , I transfer 98,03457. I transfer 12,034567, I transfer 18034567, I transfer 28,034567. In the history file when four numbers are appeared is 28,46. so we have 6 sets in total. Since 28 is applied , the remainder is 91,92,98,12,18 is the remainder, vs 034567. Then 46 is deleted, therefore we have 5x6=30 options 5 on left side and 4 numbers on the right side (in which 4 numbers, has 6 combo)
I need to calculate these 6 sets, or predict which four is coming next. first try to understand the problem. I am also in what’s up phone 818-310-2614. please let me know if you can help me.
