When airlines want to increase the volume of passenger in a given time slot, this means more travelers per hour or per unit time and the time of arrival and departure are already fixed and there is no flexibility in the schedule.
And the arguments says that new planes with 500 seats will help increase the volume.
C weakens the argument by providing information that if airline want board more passengers, it requires more time.SO even if they have a flight with 500 passenger and let say they take 10 hrs boarding, it will not increase their overall traveler volume in a given time slot. So buying new planes doesn't solve the problem.
