Dear friends,

GMAT is surely an exam and every exam is a little bit of stress.
Nonetheless life as such is challenging and there are various ways in which we can relax our mind.
By far I have always been a big fan of excersise, outdoor games, running. Whenever I am feeling low or not focussed or sometimes even depressed.
I get on my athletic gear and go for a run or play basketball or hit the gym.
It has a tremendous effect on the mood and productivity. Go through numerous articles telling what I am telling or do one thing , get urself out and go for a run and see for urself.

Apart from that I listen to music, talk to family and friends and use some apps like headspace to feel good.
All the best to you friend, may god keep you healthy and give you success.

I always listen to Lo-Fi music. Works the best. Something there in Lofi that's really connected to GMAT prep haha.
