Dear friends,

GMAT is surely an exam and every exam is a little bit of stress.
Nonetheless life as such is challenging and there are various ways in which we can relax our mind.
By far I have always been a big fan of excersise, outdoor games, running. Whenever I am feeling low or not focussed or sometimes even depressed.
I get on my athletic gear and go for a run or play basketball or hit the gym.
It has a tremendous effect on the mood and productivity. Go through numerous articles telling what I am telling or do one thing , get urself out and go for a run and see for urself.

Apart from that I listen to music, talk to family and friends and use some apps like headspace to feel good.

One of the things I generally try to do is to stay away from screens. They tend to give me headaches, and the affects frequently roll over to the next day. As a result, I would try to stay away from my smartphone and computer. Unfortunately, I'm not very good at following my own rules regarding this...

absolutely agree with yamata, keeping yourself away from screens helps a lot.
also it is good to sleep more, getting enough sleep is very important during the exam prep

I have started taking some neuro based supplements over the last 3 months https://nootropicboost.com During that time i have noticed some benefits, now, whether these benefits are due to the supplements or in fact are only a placebo affect, I am not sure.
The main benefits I have seem to of noticed include:
1. What appears to be quicker memory recall
2. Easier to articulate my thoughts into words
I know this doesn't seem like much, but ultimately I just seem to be feeling a bit 'quicker'. I have always had issues with 2. Throughout my life, and these supplements do appear to help me as an individual.
