You seem to have had a great improvement in your score during the second exam. How close are the MGMAT tests to the real GMAT ones? Are they tougher than the actual tests?

So, should I be merely looking back to the mistakes, redo the incorrect ones? Generally I have issues relating to converting each question into the a mathematical equation.

You should be keeping an error log.

Resolving WHY you are getting problems incorrect is very important to overcoming certain score thresholds and achieving your desired results.

My accuracy rate has been approximately 50%, like the one test I took, I scored 24 in Quants. Since then, I have gone back to basics and brushed up all my concepts again. I will try and take a test again, and see how does it go.
Apart from OG12 and MGMAT, I have purchased, Manhattan Advanced Quant Strategies.

Yea. Take an another test and find out in which level you are exactly in.
Then we can identify strengths and weakness and strategize accordingly.

Mohater covers all the essentials here. One needs to master the basic questions before moving on to more challenging problems. And that is done by studying with solid guidebooks, problem practice, and review.

With that said, Sackmann's Fundamental sets are fantastic. I actually struggled with the OG material the first time. An Error Log is essential, but my weaknesses were too widespread. I used the Fundamental set, which begins at the most basic and works its way up to about the 600 level. I moved on to the OG 12 and OG Quant afterward and performed much, much better.

Another method that helped me was to reread the Manhattan books (this time without the end-of-chapter review questions) alongside Sackmann's questions. This heavily reinforced the material.
