I am trying to figure out what specialization of MBA best works for my profile.
Work Experience: 5 years 7 months as of now in the current industry of Information technology sector . I quickly adapted to IT culture coming from Mechanical Background. I have worked with clients from telecom, pharmaceutical, energy production, steel, power (conventional and non conventional), banking, chemical, paint/warehouse management, petrochemicals, clothing industries. I am a SAP ABAP consultant and have knowledge of sap cycles of sales and distribution and warehouse management in these industries.
Can you also please help in my profile evaluation. Here are my details :-
Asian, Indian Female Candidate
Age- 29
Work Experience - 5 years 7 months
Test Scores/Academics:
-GMAT - 680/84% ( Quants - 48/71% ,Verbal - 35/76% , AWA - 5/57% , IR - 6/69% )
-CGPA - 8.05/10 First Division with Honours in Mechanical Engineering (Major CGPA in 7th Semester -9.69/10 , Minor CGPA in 2nd Semester - 6.46/10). I had a definite upward trend
Not a designated leader; but I have been leading people for 1-1.5 years. 7-15 member teams; remote and local teams; handled implementation projects end to end.
ECA leadership; Organizer of Women’s Day at Accenture DU level, chief organizer of Independence Day, handled many events and fests at Accenture
Have worked closely with HR for organization of these events.
Volunteer work - Zonal coordinator of CSR club of Accenture Delhi, managing reading classes (Read India), teach and groom underprivileged women and children, I introduced a curriculum for this and streamlined the academics
ECs - Traveller,Have covered almost all of India. Fond of playing cricket and swimming.
Can you suggest some colleges that fits my profile.

So I think with your current GMAT and your profile, you could fit schools in approximately the 20-50 ranking. Although some tech-oriented schools may be preferable, there are tech jobs all over the place.
But before we even get there, if you haven't yet started your applications, you may want to wait till next year and take another shot at the GMAT. Have a look at this post here, which may give you some insight:
