my application status still shows as "in Progress"

what this means?

Nope. There is something wrong with the process. My friend who took the admit tells, there are already around 140 students in the official groups. Don't know if it's distinct number of people.

I think all the offers are out. Now offers would only be released subject to cancellation from already selected candidates. They have cancellation time till 2nd December. So, I think hardly a few offers might be released now, so the chances are really slim. Anyways life must go on, best wishes to all selected as well as those who are not selected.

I just had a word with the admission team, and they said all offers are not yet released and they will continue to release offers maybe after the 2nd DEC also. Like in many colleges, you get the result (the waitlist) thing even after 1-2 weeks of classes. They said that if you didn't get a rejection mail or your dashboard doesn't say rejected, please don't assume that you are rejected. I even asked are the chances slim, and they said that nothing like that, we are still in the process of releasing.
Sooo idk how to take it but the best way is to wait and keep on believing. It's not over till it's over. Luck favours the brave.

ShankarDileep Bro what else can we all do? It's the hope that keeps you alive, right? Life works in mysterious ways, you never know what life will bring for you. I wasn't even expecting an interview call in the first place. But idk how I got it and then cleared the rounds when there were more experienced candidates than me. So I guess never stop believing. You have done your best, leave the rest to god and what's best for you will happen. (Maybe it is SP Jain maybe it is not) :P

If they give post 1 to 2 weeks of classes wont the late joiners miss out on few classes?

Saiabhi111 I mean they'll try to finish the process before the classes begin but we have seen it multiple times in colleges (engineering, DU, medical colleges) all complete the process after the semester has begun. Even if we miss 1 week of classes, it won't be such a big loss (and this will probably be the worst case. Normally toh they'll try to finish it before 2nd Dec only).

Hi ritu. I wanted to connect if there was a group for those who got the offer and accepted I would like to join. Also did they send any communication regarding class from tomorrow?
