Do we get time and support to train and compete at good level in sports at top b schools or we do not have good environment for sports. Please suggest some schools for mim which have really good environment for sports ( especially table tennis)

Well, for the MBA program, HEC Paris hosts the MBAT tournament each year, in which top schools from all over Europe (and a few North American ones too) participate. The tournament comprises of many different sports. Check out the link below:

That does indicate that the school has the appropriate infrastructure in place for many sports, which you could benefit from even if you attend other programs such as MiM. (Though the MBAT, in particular, is specifically for MBA students).
