Dear folks,
I would like to apply for Master in Business&Management program at the Stockholm School of Economics. I need some advice about it. How well is this degree? Actually, looking through their curriculum it looks a little weird to me. I mean the courses looks more generalistic such as "acting in an uncertain world", "creative marketing", "business venturing" etc. I think these topics in business are all about ideas but not education. Is it really worth to study this degree as I want to build a career in management consulting? What is the employment opportunities in Sweden or abroad for international students after graduating this degree?
Those who have studied this degree there or have some detailed info about it please guide me.
I have taken a look into the program and in my opinion, is really challenging and projected to the future as most of the things in Scandinavia, Norway and countries with a culture with really strong fundamentals. The curriculum instead puts you at the center, and the best schools or, at least, the good schools do.
Quote:
drawing on your unique passions and virtues, the program will build your confidence in addressing “wicked” business challenges and your ability to lead yourself and teams during uncertain endeavors.
here is a pdf about employment record from the school 2015
