Hello,
Im starting to study for the GMAT and was recommended to join this forum by a friend.
I am 27 years old with a 4 years background in IT and Implementation. i decided to move forward with my career and apply for a top business school abroad. im no a native speaker but my english is very good.
for the last 2 days ive been reading alot about how to study and what to do but im a bit confused.
i have a few questions before i really begin my journey.
what is the best strategy to study for this exam? (i was reading - how-to-start-gmat-preperations-136048.html - is this the best one? cant post URLS yet...)
what books should i really buy? alot of people having mixed opinions and i dont want to mess it up.
being strong in math and after speaking to my friend, who scored 750, he told me that the most important part for us is to improve our verbal skills (still, not a native speaker after all). so what is the best way to be a master of the verbal part?
which test should i take before starting, to see where im standing right now?
if you have more guides or tips, ill be more than happy to hear.
thanks,
Roy
