Hi freshmba,

When you took these first 2 practice CATs, did you take them under the same testing conditions that you will face during the At-home Exam (re: you will use an online notepad - not handheld notes, you'll take the sections Q/V/IR in that order with no 'break' until after the Verbal section, etc.)? Many people who have taken the At-home GMAT have reported that the experience was more challenging than they anticipated. Since each person is currently allowed to take the At-home option just ONCE, you might want to consider pushing back your planned Test Date so that you can put in a bit more time making sure that you can perform at a high level under those specific testing 'restrictions.'

In addition, since you have a specific list of Schools that you're interested in, you would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile. Those Experts should be able to answer your Admissions questions and help define the specific areas of your profile that could use some improvement.

There's a Forum full of those Experts here:

Hi freshmba,

First off 670 on a GMAC practice exam is a very nice start! Regarding next steps, since you are about 70 points off your score goal, you should follow a linear and structured study plan. In other words, follow a study plan that allows you to learn each GMAT quant and verbal topic individually and then practice each topic until you’ve achieved mastery. If you can study in that way, I think you can even score higher than your 740 score goal. Of course, if you want more specific advice on how to improve your GMAT quant and verbal skills, feel free to reach out. You also may find it helpful to read the following article:
