Hi,
I am just starting to prepare for the GMAT exam which I intend to take in end Dec (giving me around 3 months of prep time). With zero preparation, I decided to take a diagnostic and went straight for the GMATPrep practice tests; skipped the AWA and got a 680 (Q49, V34).
My 1st question: is this score truly indicative of where I am without any prep and hope to get better? (have been reading that GMATPrep tests overestimate?!)
Went through the huge list of books given here, and based on the books I got from friends, have decided on the following
1. Finish the Princeton Review first, relatively soon.
2. Thereafter focus on the OG 11 that I have
3. Was making mistakes in SC, so will be consulting Manhattan SC book as well.
This is all I plan to do, alongwith regular tests, for which I'll try different sources later.
2nd question: So are these books sufficient study material?
Thanks
A
