good score definition varies person to person .. if good score means 700+ then please note that gmat is an adaptive test first 10 questions are really important to set a score trend ...
give a mock and see for self of the score you get if you guess or do first set of questions wrong...

Consider reading the myth vs. fact info sections in the beginning of the Official Guide. One of them refers to the first 10 questions, for example. You may not feel they are as important as before.
