Some questions I'd anticipate being asked - though I'd advocate inserting the answers to these at some point during the interview even if not prompted:
- Given that you're on the lower end of the spectrum of work experience, what do you believe you'd contribute to the classroom setting?
- What have you demonstrated in the workplace to prove your leadership skills? Background: MBA adcoms are looking for folks that will be great leaders in the future, not necessarily amazing at their technical roles. They're trying to look for traits and behaviors that will predict you being a great leader in the future.
- How attainable do you believe your short/long-term goals to be, given your previous work history?
- Why does a part-time program pique your interests, and
why do you believe you need to pursue your MBA now and not when you have a couple more years of full time work experience?
Full transparency again, I have not gone through this particular interview process so I would still be prepared for the standard MBA interview questions that a FT program would typically ask.
