Honestly the biggest unlock for me was learning to stop second-guessing myself. The more time I spent critically analysing my reasoning on a question, the more holes I'd find in it, and most of the time those holes weren't real, they were just me spiralling.
So the strategy that actually worked was simple, pick your answer and move. Trust the first instinct, don't go back unless something is obviously wrong. The moment I started treating verbal like a flow rather than a forensic exercise, my accuracy went up.
The irony is that overthinking feels productive, like you're being thorough, but in verbal it's the fastest way to talk yourself out of the right answer.

This work for me but only for medium question, I find the hard questions need you to overthink, otherwise my verbal score will be stuck at 83-84 max. The problem is how to spot the hard question T.T
