strange message appears on mba.com

" Error: PVUE Wide Block.

Unfortunately an error occurred while processing your request. Please try again, or contact customer service to resolve the error. Thank you for your patience."

This is the message I get every time I try 2 register for the test !!!!! what does this indicate ????? Thanks in advance

Hey guys,

I got the same message this morning, when I tried to book my dates!

It's really scary as the the top left portion of the site read "'Error: PVUE Wide Block"

I am not sure, who blocked what??...........please anyone with an answer.........

Hello friends! 
This block error shows mainly because of number of wrong payment attempts. The GMAT only accepts credit card. If you are trying to use any other card, it will not work and will probably block your account. 
If your account is already block now, then the only solution is to call them on your regional office number which is available on the gmat site. 
You will have to confirm your details to them, only then they will remove the block. Call them as soon as you can.

Hey all,

I went through the same issue a while ago. PVUE blocked is a message that appears when Pearson restricts your account for security purposes as one of their supervisors mentioned to me when I called. The way to remove that block is to give them a call at: +1-800-717-4628
