Hi AakashSingh,
From what you have described, you have put in a certain amount of study time already, so we really need to define your current overall skills, strengths and weaknesses before you spend too much time working on anything else. There are certain aspects to taking the GMAT that you can only learn by actually taking FULL CATs at regular intervals - and if you have to make some adjustments to your test-taking routine, then it's better to have MORE time to define those issues and fix them (than waiting to take your CATs at the 'end' of your studies, when you might not have enough time to properly improve).
Since you have not taken any practice CATs/mocks yet, it would be a good idea for you to take a FULL-LENGTH practice CAT Test sometime soon; you can take 2 for free at
www.mba.com (and they come with some additional practice materials). A FULL CAT takes about 3.5 hours to complete, so make sure that you've set aside enough time to take it in one sitting. Once you have those scores, you should report back here and we can come up with a study plan.
Before I can offer you any additional advice for your studies, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:
1) How long have you studied? How many hours do you typically study each week?
2) What is your overall goal score?
3) Do you have an Official Test Date scheduled yet (and if so, then when is it?)?
4) When are you planning to apply to Business School and what Schools are you planning to apply to?
GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
