Hi gmatclub
I just started preparing for my upcoming gmat this weekend and i took my first prep test. I scored 450 Q32 V20, which isn't really positive...
So far I only went trough parts of the GMAT Roadmap from
MGMAT, now as I now my baseline I want to start preparing to reach my goal of 650+ and taking the test in about 2-3 month.
I bought the Official Review and he Manhattan Guides to prepare.
Do you guys have some tipps or a strategy which i can use for my next 2-3 month?
I am able to study after my work in the evenings for about 2 hours and on weekends.
Thank's a lot!
Hi luksta,
Since you have just started the GMAT preparation, you tok a wise decision to understand your current standing.
Reaching 650 from 450 is definitely possible in 3 months provided you study hard and in the right direction.
Since you have already bought the Manhattan guides, that means you are going for a book heavy approach.
You should follow a study plan with the books, else it is very easy to get deviated from the track.
Along with studying from the OG and Manhattan guides, take sufficient CATs and solve Official questions too.
You can find various study plans here:
https://optimus-prep.com/free-gmat-sectionI would recommend you to buy Exam pack 1 from mba.com to add additional tests to your preparation.
