You have to know what your strengths are and that knowledge will come only through lot of practice and retrospection. For me I got 34 in real GMAT but I never felt confident in any one area. I thought CR and RC were my friends but it was not very true when I looked back at my old papers. Since then I have strengthened on CR and SC. RC seems to be fluctuating but getting 2 of the 3 areas under reasonable control will help you hit 34. I can give more advice if I succeed in my attempt . You are getting 40 in MGMAT, it means you are doing well but just need to focus. Thank you.
