HI GMAT CLUBBERS
Test retaker here. I plan to take the GMAT for the second time sometime in June 2023. I last took it in mid November and got a 730 but I'd like to see if I can improve it.
However, I'm struggling to get the same drive and motivation I had when preparing for the first time.I feel I've become laidback because I already have a 730 but I will certainly regret it if I get lower in my second attempt.
Any tips from anyone on how to tackle this roadblock?

Congratulations on getting a 730.
Is it going to take a bit of time to refresh and revisit your skills and mind hooks to be able to get another 730 let alone improve. I can definitely see the challenge.
My suggestion for you would be to split it into small manageable bite-size chunks and focus on one chunk at a time. For example, if your weakness was a certain type of critical reasoning questions, then I would spend some time going through those until you’re good and comfortable there…
I’m hoping you’re not going to start from the very beginning and the very start. My suggestion would be to allocate just one month and aim to do intensive prep for one month or maybe six weeks and then retake after that. Going for longer is going to be exhausting and potentially wasteful.
Finally, the question I should have probably started with, do you need a higher score. Maybe you have already answered that question but it’s always worth exploring.
