Well, I wouldnt say I am good at SC ..
but yes, I have definitely improved.
Hope it shows in the real exam too :-D

1) Go thru SC guide with OG.
2) Participate in this forum actively. Eliminate incorrect choices and explain why you eliminate them. You may be wrong a lot of times. But who cares !! We are all here to learn.
3) Try working out the SC1000 ones by applying the rules.

Although I am not very good at SC, what I have learned so far is that it is much more important to focus on few questions, then do alot of them blindly. For each question, find out why you got it right/wrong. Eliminate each wrong choice. This goes as a reminder for myself too.
