Hi guys i'm Omeet Singh and I need help in figuring out which schools I would have a good shot of getting into given my profile below. I provided a skeleton version of my resume and emboldened certain points for your easy viewing.
I have a keen interest in the Masters in Management with electives preferably in Finance.
Target schools: Duke Fuqua & Cass & Melbourne Business School

• 680: 84 PCTL - Quant: 48, Verbal: 35, Argument Analysis: 5.5
Singapore Management University, B.Sc. (Economics), Singapore
• Graduated with a Certificate of High Merit (GPA: 3.24)
Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICADE (Exchange program), Madrid, Spain
• Corporate Finance (A-), Economics of EU (A-), Financial Markets (A), Int’l Marketing (A)

I have worked with around a 120 people now for the MiM applications, and I can say that your profile is pretty good and has elements which schools will be really interested in.
For starters,
The international experience would be a big asset and a strong differentiating point.
The fact you studied in different schools and in different countries will be deeply appreciated.
You have a fair amount of work experience in some diverse roles so this would be helpful.
Further Community work experience is also something that schools appreciate.
Extra curriculars help of course.
Your CGPA is the only weakness I can see for now.
But i would suggest you take the profile evaluation we offer here (its free)

In the schools you mentioned, cass and Melbourne should be fairly easy targets for you.
Duke is pretty competitive and you will need to work hard on your application to stand a chance there, but i am sure its possible.
