Hi abhiyadav96,
Working with a study partner could be beneficial, but since you're taking the GMAT for a third time, it might be difficult to improve if you just end up working through lots of practice questions using the same approaches that you used before. This is meant to say that you might need to make some changes to how you handle the Quant section, the Verbal section or both.
Before I can offer you any advice on how to prepare for this next attempt, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:
Studies:
1) How long did you study before each of your 2 Official GMATs?
2) What study materials did you use for each attempt?
3) How have you scored on EACH of your CATs (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?
4) How did you score on each of your Official GMATs (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?
Goals:
5) What is your goal score?
6) When are you planning to retake the GMAT?
7) When are you planning to apply to Business School?
8) What Schools are you planning to apply to?
