Well to be honest
With repeat prep test
Those 3-4 repeat questions totally change the game giving you confidence and changing the adaptive sclring
Also i had found yhe gmat prep 2&3 to be the easiest.
Well if you only have one week
Then i would say that you should firstly nail down quant as it is easier to improve on.
So practice some questions everyday.
And give 2-3 more mock tests in proper timed conditions with ir and awa
So that you get in the complete zone and nerves are no longer an issue.
Moreover
While your target score of 720 is not unachievable,
I would suggest you to gain more knowledge and consistency in your mocks first before expecting that score
Because the stress and pressure on examday is definitely diff than mocks.
having given 2 gmat exams in 2 weeks
680(q44,v40) and then 710(q43,v44)
Even though i was getting 730 in mocks
I know that its easy to screw up on exan day with a lack of practice and or concentration.
Check out my debrief if your interested
Might gain some insights
So to summarize
Give timed mocks
Practice everyday from official material.
Work on quant instead of verbal as verbal is harder to increase
Especially past v 40.
Cheers and good luck
