I was in the same boat. I took the PR class and booked my GMAT right away. I wound up cancelling my score the first time. I came back the second time three months later and finnaly took the GMAT. My whole trip down the GMAT road took about 1 1/2 years and it did pay off since I got into a top school. Just keep grinding away at studying.
