I am thinking about going for masters of MBA from Germany but not sure if it’s a right decision. Am confused whether I should prepare for GMAT or instead take admission in whichever public college I get. Also what will be better from career perspective? Please help!!

I would advise you to first shortlist schools whose programs you are interested in and then later check the program perquisites , also if possible speak with alums or adcoms , this will help you evaluate and plan better.
GMAT/GRE score is used for admissions to business schools for MBA , Masters in Management courses..
