No, it will not hurt your candidacy.
Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, many top business schools are changing their admission requirements these days to make things easier for candidates, in order to ensure that any applicants who have not taken the GMAT/GRE tests are still able to gain admission. Some schools (like Kellogg) waived the GMAT/GRE requirement completely, while other schools offer alternative tests or willing to accept late scores after the application was already submitted (in these cases, applications will be reviewed without these test scores, however, decisions will not be made until scores have been submitted).
